Joshua is a professionally trained performer, vocal coach and educator and holds the following degrees: a Bachelor of Music (focus vocal performance and music theatre), a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Education in Curriculum Studies (focus music education). He has been working in the public education system for the past 15 years and is currently the music teacher at Lakefield Elementary School.

 

Joshua is also an instructor in the education department at UNBSJ, teaching the music education course to future teachers. He is currently serving as the vice-president of the New Brunswick Music Educators Association and is highly involved in the development of meaningful learning opportunities for both students and teachers alike.

 

As both an educator and performer he brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion for both music and performance. He is thrilled to be part of the team at Alison Dawn Voice and Music studio and looks forward to working with the incredibly gifted youth in the area.
